A brief description of each service follows:

Audit

Highest Level of Assurance. An audit includes an evaluation of internal controls, testing of balances, transactions, and financial statement disclosures. We test by examination of source documents, confirmation of activity and balances with third parties, physical observation, analytical procedures and other tests as considered necessary. The result is the issuance of an opinion on the financial statements as to whether they are stated in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.

Review

Limited Assurance. A review consists of analytical procedures applied to the financial statements and inquiry of accounting personnel and management in addition to procedures that we determine are necessary to support our expectations and the underlying financial information. A review offers limited assurance in the form of our report stating that we are not aware of any material modifications that should be made to the financial statements in order for them to be in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.

Compilation

No Assurance. A compilation of financial statements are essentially the representation of management, we do not express and opinion or any assurance on the statements. We utilize our understanding of accounting principles, your business and accounting records in relation to the financial statements. Our report will state that the objective of a compilation is to assist management in presenting financial information in the form of financial statements without undertaking to obtain or provide any assurance that there are no material modifications that should be made to the financial statements.

There are many variations and alternatives to the above services which may provide targeted results in a cost efficient manner. We will fully discuss the specifics with you before entering into an engagement agreement.
